Repairs and Maintenance
To report maintenance inside your room, use the MyCloudStudent app with a description and photos where possible. Cloud will provide 24 hours' notice before entry unless it is an emergency. Repairs follow ANUK guidelines: emergency within 24 hours, urgent within 5 days and routine within 28 days. Communal issues should be reported to IPM via reception or by calling 01302 249 349 for emergencies.
