Repairs and Maintenance

All repairs and maintenance should be reported via the MyCloudStudent app. Please include a clear description and photos where possible.

Emergency repairs may require immediate access to your room.

Repairs are completed in line with ANUK guidelines:

Emergency: within 24 hours

Urgent: within 5 days

Non-urgent: within 28 days
