House Rules and Community Standards

All residents at Pembroke Studios are expected to be respectful of their neighbours and the shared spaces within the building. Noise should be kept to a reasonable level at all times, particularly during the evening and night. Anti-social behaviour, harassment or intimidation of other residents or staff will not be tolerated and may result in tenancy action. Residents are responsible for keeping their studio and any communal areas they use clean and tidy. Damage to the property or communal areas may result in repair costs being charged to the responsible resident.
