Room Inspections

Room inspections take place approximately three times per year to check cleanliness and general condition. Residents will receive advance notice before any inspection. Studios should be kept reasonably clean and tidy. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the studio or shared facilities are left in an unacceptable condition beyond normal wear and tear.
