Reporting Maintenance Issues
If something in your studio or in the communal areas needs attention, please report it to the accommodation team as soon as possible. Maintenance requests can be submitted through the Cloud Student Homes app or by contacting the team directly by phone or email. For urgent issues such as a water leak or loss of heating, please call the team immediately using the emergency number provided in your welcome pack. Do not attempt to carry out repairs yourself. All reported issues are logged and the team will aim to resolve them as promptly as possible.
