Moving Out

When leaving Pembroke Studios at the end of your tenancy, your studio should be left clean, tidy and completely empty. All personal belongings must be removed and any rubbish disposed of responsibly. Residents should complete any check-out requirements communicated by the accommodation team and update their postal address before departing. Any cleaning costs or damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from deposits. Residents are encouraged to review the inventory completed at the start of the tenancy before checking out.
