Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere within the building at Pembroke Studios, including inside studios, bathrooms and all communal areas. Residents found smoking or vaping inside the property may face cleaning charges and tenancy action. Please respect this policy to ensure a comfortable environment for all residents.
