Room Access and Lockouts

Residents are provided with access credentials or a key fob at check-in to access the building and their room. Room doors lock automatically, so residents should always carry their key fob. If locked out during office hours, residents should contact Cloud Student Homes. For out-of-hours lockouts, residents should use the emergency contact number provided at check-in.
