Moving Out

Residents must leave their room clean, tidy and empty at the end of the tenancy. All personal belongings should be removed and rubbish disposed of responsibly. Residents should complete any check-out requirements advised by the accommodation team and update their postal address before leaving. Cleaning or damage costs may be deducted from deposits where applicable.
