Illegal Substances

Illegal substances are not permitted at Stoke Student Village. If the accommodation team believes a resident is using or supplying illegal substances, the incident may be reported to the police and the university, and a warning notice may be issued. This could lead to prosecution support, tenancy termination and loss of the right to live at Stoke Student Village, while rent would still remain payable.
