Moving Out

You can stay in your room until your contract end date, which is shown in the MyCloudStudent app under My Documents. If you choose to leave earlier, you should inform reception, but you will not receive a refund for unused time. When moving out, leave your room clean, tidy and free of waste. Items you do not take with you must either be put in the general waste bins or given to reception for charity donation where accepted. Any cleaning, rubbish removal or maintenance costs may be deducted from your deposit. You must also complete a Check Out Declaration and update your address for future deliveries, as post received after check-out will be returned to sender.
