Reception for Stoke Student Village is based in Kiln House. The accommodation team is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:15, with student ambassadors available from 17:15 to 19:15 for parcel collections. Weekend parcel collection is available Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00.
