Repairs and Maintenance

Repairs and maintenance should be reported to the on-site team through the MyCloudStudent app with a detailed description and photos where possible. In line with your tenancy agreement, the team usually gives 24 hours’ notice before entering your room to complete reported works, unless it is an emergency. Repairs are prioritised under ANUK guidelines: emergency repairs within 24 hours, urgent repairs within 5 days and non-urgent repairs within 28 days.
