- Direct Bookings Only
Cashback bookings must be made directly with Cloud Student Homes via our website or booking team. Bookings made through third-party agents or platforms are not eligible for cashback. - Payment Conditions
Cashback will only be paid after the tenant has checked into their accommodation and paid either the first rent instalment or the full rent amount (whichever applies). - Cancellation Policy
Cashback offers will be void if the tenant cancels their booking within 60 days of their check-in date or fails to take up the tenancy. - Cashback Payment Process
Cashback will be paid as a single payment into the tenant’s nominated UK bank account within 60 days of the check-in date, provided all eligibility conditions have been met. - Eligibility
A tenant is only eligible to receive cashback if the cashback availability was selected at the time of booking (e.g. “51 Week Tenancy (£XXX Cashback Offer)”) and stated in their tenancy agreement or booking confirmation. - Verification
Cloud Student Homes reserves the right to verify booking legitimacy and confirm that the tenant has checked into their accommodation before processing any cashback payment. - Amendments and Withdrawal
Cloud Student Homes reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the cashback offer at any time without prior notice. - Non-Transferable
Cashback is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for rent credit or other offers, and has no cash alternative beyond the stated payment. - General Terms
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, referral, or discount unless explicitly stated.
- All standard Cloud Student Homes tenancy terms and conditions apply.
- Cloud Student Homes’ decision regarding eligibility and payment of cashback is final.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
