Flat and Room Inspections

During your tenancy, room inspections take place three times each year, usually before Christmas, around March, and at check-out. These inspections are used to check that rooms are clean, tidy, and safe. Residents are told in advance when inspections will happen. If extra cleaning is required and the cleaning team has to be brought in, charges may apply.
