Broadband and Wi-Fi

Superfast broadband is included as part of the tenancy at Waterside Court and there is no need for residents to set up a separate account or make additional payments. Residents should connect their device to the Wi-Fi network available throughout the building and follow any on-screen instructions to register. For a more reliable connection, a wired ethernet connection is recommended for high-bandwidth activities such as gaming or video streaming. Any broadband or connectivity issues should be reported through the Cloud Student Homes app or by contacting reception on 01244 667576 or at info@cloudstudenthomes.co.uk.
