All rooms at Waterside Court are fully furnished and include an en-suite bathroom, study desk and chair, wardrobe and storage, and a bed with mattress. Contents insurance is included as part of the tenancy, provided by Howden for Students. Shared kitchen facilities are available and include an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Superfast broadband is included in the rent and is available throughout the building. On-site laundry facilities are available for resident use. The property operates a secure entry system and residents should not prop open doors or allow unknown individuals to enter the building.
