Guest and Visitor Policy

Residents are welcome to have friends and family visit Waterside Court. Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times and must not be given independent access to the building. Occasional overnight guests are permitted, but residents are fully responsible for the behaviour of their guests at all times. Guests must not stay for extended consecutive periods and the room must not be sub-let or occupied by an unauthorised person while the resident is away. Large gatherings or parties require prior approval from the management team. Any damage or rule violations caused by guests are the responsibility of the resident.
