House Rules at Waterside Court

All residents at Waterside Court are expected to be considerate of others at all times. Quiet hours are in effect between 23:00 and 08:00 Sunday to Thursday, and between midnight and 09:00 on Friday and Saturday. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building, including bedrooms, corridors and communal areas. Illegal substances are not permitted on the premises and any breach may be reported to the police or the university and could result in eviction. Pets are not permitted at Waterside Court except for registered assistance dogs. Residents are responsible for the behaviour of any guests they bring into the building. Any form of harassment, bullying or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in tenancy termination.
