Repairs and Maintenance

Maintenance issues should be reported using the Cloud Student Homes app with a clear description and photos where possible. Issues can also be reported in person or by contacting reception on 01244 667576 or at info@cloudstudenthomes.co.uk. Cloud Student Homes will provide advance notice before entering rooms unless there is an emergency. Emergency repairs such as loss of heating or significant water leaks are addressed within 24 hours. Urgent repairs are typically completed within two to three working days, and routine repairs within five to seven working days. Residents should not attempt to carry out repairs themselves as this may affect the terms of their tenancy agreement. If a gas smell is detected, residents should leave the building immediately without using any switches and call 0800 111 999.
