Flat and Room Inspections

During your tenancy we will be doing room inspections to check you room is clean, tidy and of course safe! This will be done 3 times during the year (approximately before Christmas, March, and check out), if there is any extra cleaning required we will let you know – if we need to bring in the cleaning team then you will be charged for this

You will be made aware of when these inspections will be taking place, so you will have time to be able to clean
