Leaving Falkland House

You have your room until your contract end date, you will find this date via your ‘MyCloudStudent’ app under ‘My Documents’. If you choose to move out earlier than this then please let Reception know, however you will not be able to have a refund for this time).

When moving out, you will need to ensure that your room is left clean, tidy and free of any waste – all items not being packed and taken with you MUST either;

• Be placed into the general waste bins
• Or if you are wishing them to be donated then please provide them to Reception who can take these to the Charity on your behalf

Please note – if any cleaning, rubbish removal or maintenance works are required then this may be deducted from your deposit

You will also need to complete a ‘Check Out Declaration’ to confirm your check out

Do not forget to have your address changed for all deliveries – once you have checked out with us all mail is simply returned to sender
