Security and Personal Safety

Your safety and security are of paramount importance – please remember that your entrance code is for your use only

Your safety and security are of paramount importance – please remember that your entrance code is for your use only and not to be given to any friends or family to access the building. This does mean that you will need to pop down to Reception to greet all guests/visitors and then sign them in at the desk (there is a folder you will need to complete) – this is simply for Fire Safety.

We have CCTV throughout the entire building

Some things to follow:

  • Always lock your door
  • Do not let strangers into the building
  • Do not let strangers closely follow you into the building – if they live here, they will also have a key, or be able to enter the key code
  • If you lose your key card/fob, tell this to reception immediately
  • When you have visitors, please sign them in and out of the building
  • It is a breach of security to give out the door fob or key codes

If you are living on the ground floor, the please ensure you are locking your windows, closing the blinds for privacy when needed, and keeping any valuables out of sight when not in your room
