What to do in the event of an accident

If someone has had a serious accident, please call 999 immediately and ask for an ambulance. You will need to provide your address and room number

Situations where an ambulance should be called:

  1. If someone is unconscious or has slipped in and out of consciousness
  2. If someone is bleeding heavily
  3. If you suspect broken bones
  4. If someone has a deep wound
  5. If someone has difficulty breathing
  6. If someone has severe burns
  7. If someone has a severe allergic reaction
