1. To qualify for the referral booking must be made via the following methods by the referred tenant:

1.1. ‘Online’ - either directly through the Cloud Student Homes website or using the chatbot on said website.

1.2. ‘Phone’ – calling the Accommodation Team directly, or the Cloud central sales office.

1.3. ‘In person’ – making a booking with the onsite Accommodation Team.

2. This offer is only applicable for new referred bookings.

3. This offer is not accepted in conjunction with any other offer including, but not limited to, agent referrals, tenancy takeover, group bookings, or rebooking.

4. This offer is available across all room types in all properties and is only applicable for tenancy values of;

4.1. Tenancy value between £750.01 and £1250 - £10 cashback

4.2. Tenancy value between £1250.01 and £2750 - £25 cashback

4.3. Tenancy value of £2750.01+ - £50 cashback

5. Cloud Student Homes is offering the promotion incentive for all referral bookings made via bookings options in point 1.

6. To be eligible for the promotional offer the following terms apply;

6.1. The referred tenancy must have been sent and confirmed within the 7 days offer period;

6.2. The full deposit must have been paid in full through the tenancy portal;

6.3. The first rental instalment (or full payment) is to be settled.

7. Once these conditions have been met, the applicable cash value will be paid into the referring tenant’s nominated bank account.
