1. To qualify for the referral booking must be made via the following methods by the referred tenant:
1.1. ‘Online’ - either directly through the Cloud Student Homes website or using the chatbot on said website.
1.2. ‘Phone’ – calling the Accommodation Team directly, or the Cloud central sales office.
1.3. ‘In person’ – making a booking with the onsite Accommodation Team.
2. This offer is only applicable for new referred bookings.
3. This offer is not accepted in conjunction with any other offer including, but not limited to, agent referrals, tenancy takeover, group bookings, or rebooking.
4. This offer is available across all room types in all properties and is only applicable for tenancy values of;
4.1. Tenancy value between £750.01 and £1250 - £10 cashback
4.2. Tenancy value between £1250.01 and £2750 - £25 cashback
4.3. Tenancy value of £2750.01+ - £50 cashback
5. Cloud Student Homes is offering the promotion incentive for all referral bookings made via bookings options in point 1.
6. To be eligible for the promotional offer the following terms apply;
6.1. The referred tenancy must have been sent and confirmed within the 7 days offer period;
6.2. The full deposit must have been paid in full through the tenancy portal;
6.3. The first rental instalment (or full payment) is to be settled.
7. Once these conditions have been met, the applicable cash value will be paid into the referring tenant’s nominated bank account.
8. Cloud Student Homes reserves the right to remove or change this promotion at any time.
One Islington Plaza: Refer a Friend Promotion T&Cs
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Broadgate Residential Investments; trading as Cloud Student Homes ("we", "our")(company no: 07174778).

2. The Offer
When a new tenant books a room at One Islington Plaza using a valid referral code, both the person who referred them (the "Referrer") and the new tenant (the "Tenant") will each get £100 (the "Reward"), as long as these terms are met.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion starts on 25 September 2026 and ends at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 October 2026. The booking must be made, and the referral code given, within this period.
4. Eligible Bookings
4.1 The promotion only applies to new bookings at One Islington Plaza for the 2026/27 academic year.
4.2 Bookings must be made directly with the Cloud Student Homes team by calling 0333 271 3202 or emailing bookings@cloudstudenthomes.co.uk. Bookings made online via our website, or through third-party agents or portals, don't qualify.
4.3 The Tenant must be a new customer. They can't be a current tenant, and they can't be renewing or extending a tenancy.
5. Who Can Refer
5.1 The Referrer must be a current or former Cloud Student Homes tenant.
5.2 A Referrer can't refer themselves, and a Tenant can't use their own code.
5.3 Cloud Student Homes staff, their immediate families, and anyone else connected with running the promotion can't take part.
5.4 There is no limit on how many successful referrals a Referrer can make. They will get a Reward for each one.
6. Using the Referral Code
6.1 The Tenant must give the referral code to our team at the time of booking. A code can't be added after the booking has been made.
6.2 Each booking can only use one referral code.
6.3 Referral codes can't be transferred, sold or exchanged. Codes must not be shared on voucher or discount-code websites.
7. Paying the Reward
7.1 The Reward is only payable once the Tenant has checked in at One Islington Plaza and paid their first rental instalment.
7.2 The Tenant's Reward will be a £100 reduction in their rent, applied to their next rental instalment.
7.3 The Referrer's Reward will be paid by bank transfer. We will ask the Referrer for their bank details and may need to confirm their identity.
7.4 Both Rewards will be applied or paid within 30 days of the Tenant's check-in.
7.5 The Tenant's Reward is a rent reduction only. It can't be exchanged for cash or anything else.
7.6 If the booking is cancelled, or the Tenant does not check in, neither party will get the Reward.
8. Other Offers
You can't use this promotion with any other offer, discount, promotion or cashback.
9. General
9.1 If we reasonably believe a referral or booking is fraudulent or abusive, or breaks these terms, we may refuse or take back the Reward.
9.2 We may change or end the promotion if something outside our reasonable control makes this necessary. If we do, we will give as much notice as we can, and we will honour any valid referrals made before the change.
9.3 Instagram, Facebook and TikTok do not sponsor, endorse or run this promotion, and are not connected with it.

9.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
