Q: How will I know if I’ve been sent a debt notice? 
Debt stage notifications are sent through email and app push notifications. They include details of the amount owed, due dates, and how to pay. 

Q: Do you keep a record of notices? 
Yes. Every communication is logged against your tenancy account, so we can see what has been sent and when. 

Q: What if I’ve already paid but still receive a notice? 
If you believe you’ve received a notice in error, please contact your site team immediately with proof of payment so we can update our records.
