Q: What if I’m waiting for Student Finance or another income source?
You must still inform your site team and agree a plan before the instalment is due. Payments cannot simply be delayed without communication.
Please note where a direct debit is in place, changes may not be feasible under 5 working prior to the instalment payment date due to the direct debit being in progress
Q: Will late payments affect my future tenancy?
Yes. Repeated late or missed payments may affect your ability to book with Cloud Student Homes in the future and may impact your guarantor’s willingness to support you.
Q: Who can I speak to if I have questions?
You can speak to your site team or regional manager. If the debt has already been passed to a collection agency, you will need to liaise directly with them.
